A LITTLE ABOUT ME

I have always been fascinated by the wonders of the human body, which originally led me to qualify as a Physiotherapist in 2016. Specialising in musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, I deepened my knowledge of anatomy and physiology, but realised the importance of the mind-body connection far too late!
My yoga journey started around 2016, practicing hot yoga. I realised that within those classes I was the most present I had ever felt - and that feeling is addictive! After noticing profound changes in my own body but especially in my own mind and mental health, I decided I could help so many others in so many different ways as a yoga teacher.
My style of teaching is creative, fun and nourishing. My number one aim is for everybody to leave my class feeling happy within themselves, all the other benefits are merely a bonus. My extensive anatomical knowledge and experience as a Physiotherapist shapes the way I teach, creating a safe environment for everybody to explore their body’s powers!
I appreciate there is no ‘one size fits all’ method to yoga and movement in general. I am here to guide you through the experience of yoga and allow you to take from it what you need.
